Terms, returns & privacy

Scent Link Africa sells fragrance and home scent products online to customers in South Africa. All prices are quoted in South African rand and include VAT.

Orders are reserved for 48 hours pending payment. Where payment is not received in that period, stock is released back to the catalogue.

Delivery is by national courier within 2–4 working days of payment verification, or free collection at our Gauteng distribution point.

Under the Consumer Protection Act you may cancel an online order within 7 days of delivery and return unopened goods for a full refund, less the cost of return delivery.

Damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are replaced or refunded in full within 6 months of delivery. Contact us with your order number and photographs.

For hygiene reasons opened fragrance may only be returned where the product is faulty.

Independent Business Owners are self-employed contractors, not employees or agents, and may not make earnings, medical or therapeutic claims.

Income is earned on product sales to end consumers. There is no payment for recruitment alone and no requirement to hold inventory.

Commission runs close monthly and are paid by EFT to the verified bank account on file. Sales from cancelled or refunded orders are reversed.

An IBO account may be suspended for policy breaches, including cross-recruiting, price undercutting, and unauthorised use of the brand.

We process personal information to fulfil orders, operate the compensation plan and meet our legal obligations, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act.

Genealogy information visible to your upline is limited to name, IBO number, joining month, rank, town and sales totals. Contact details and banking details are never shared with other IBOs.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at Support@scentlinkafrica.co.za.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before payment is verified — simply reply to your order confirmation or WhatsApp us with your order number.

Once an order has been paid and dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may return it under our refund and return policy above.

IBO activation packs are cancellable within 7 days of purchase while the kit is unopened and unused.

We accept EFT and instant bank transfers into the First National Bank account of Scent Link Africa (Pty) Ltd. Always use your order number as the payment reference.

Orders are released for packing once payment reflects and is verified by our admin team. Cash is accepted on collection at our Gauteng distribution point by arrangement.

Commission payouts to IBOs are made by EFT to the verified bank account on your profile after the monthly commission run closes.
